This is the next act in the Kabuki Theater production of "Integrity in U.S. Elections" where the Uniparty does their song and dance routine to sell the lie that votes matter.
The Uniparty proved in 2020 that they could rig an election in broad daylight with impunity and now have to pretend it didn't happen because they can't afford to have people (and corporations) walk away from government now that they know votes don't matter.
We are in a post electoral nation and the Uniparty needs to limit how much the government will be treated as the Third World government that it is: payments up front, third party collateral, lowered bond ratings, transactions done in currencies other than the Dollar, etc.
What good is it now?
So the Supreme Court can get some needed cover, that they heard the cases, [and because Trump actually won], these 2020 cases are outside S Ct jurisdiction, and the plaintiffs had the opportunity to take them to the states for resolution, but they did not follow the right procedure. Therefore, S Ct will not rule on the merits.
This leaves options open for the S Ct to jump right in and claim jurisdiction - should the fraud and rigging machinery unexpectedly breakdown in the future, the demonkkkraps shall be allowed to claim without evidence that there was election fraud due to racist GOP suppression of minority (non-white) votes - and the Supremes will take away the electoral victory from the GOP and give it to the kkkraps.
It’ll turn the fake news/dnc narrative on its head, and embolden Republicans to oppose Joseph Stolen’s mis-rule. Revenge is always a thing, even when there’s no immediate hope.
When Alito gets 4 others -- and he may already have them after agreeing to this waiting game -- Republican Party PA will reveal PA's election results as patently fraudulent.

What good? Well, I have been saying all along that I would never vote again. Why bother? UNLESS there is serious election reform. The Dems will never enact any on their own. The House might be able to do so if we re-take it in 2022. But, the courts can have a major impact. If they rule that some of the things these states did are unconstitutional, there is hope that they won’t be done again.
That was my thought. What meaningful relief can SCOTUS grant?
Seriously? Truth is always important. Trump and his voters deserve acknowledgment.
After the truth is revealed, perhaps steps towards voter integrity can be established.
What good is it?
1.It might put state officials in prison.
2. It would put a financial hit on The Dominion because nobody would use their voting machines.
3. It would, mean the various suits filed by The Dominion would be withdrawn and credible counter suits could be filed.
4. It would change “the narrative.” Democrats & MSM would no longer be able to say fraud didn’t happen. This is actually a very big deal.
There are several others I can think off, but these would be a good place to start.

Because the truth is always important. Even if the principal players involved pull some shenanigans or simply weasel out, at least it will be on record. Unless we are ready to just roll over and die, the long view is at least a view. Even a defeat in this situation is better than it never happening.

So the truth about election fraud is exposed fully and so it doesn’t happen again. Good reasons in my book. And maybe for Trump 2024.
If the truth comes out, it will further de-legitimize Joe Biden as president. And it won’t make the Democrats look good, either. Add to that, the increasing and inevitable proof that Biden is descending day by day into full blown senile dementia.
Kamala Harris has already been shown to be a fraud and a hypocritical political hack. Trump’s lawyers presented devastating videos of her egging on rioters, celebrating the destruction they perpetrated in city after city, and laughing about killing Trump and Pence. The lawyers put into the record her posting bail for jailed rioters. Anyone who saw all of that surely can’t have any respect for her, either.
I want the evidence of election fraud to be presented in some forum and entered into the official record. My suggestion—have Hawley and Gaetz and Jim Jordan and others each day, after the official business is finished, to read the evidence into the record. Just stand there on the floor of the House and Senate and read the Navarro report or the text of court cases, or the witness statements, or whatever they deem the most compelling and substantial charges concerning the fraud and intimidation and lies and unconstitutional acts of the 2020 election. Read it into the official record for posterity night after night. They should also contact the New Mexico State University professor who said he had pages of compelling evidence. Ask him to summarize it and they can present it for the record.
This shouldn’t just be the responsibility of shows like Bannon’s War Room or Mark Levin’s program. These senators and congressmen and women should take it upon themselves to spread it as well.

According to this legislation, which was passed by congress, President Trump retains control of the military until 60 days after the inauguration of a new President.
The full transition of power does not occur until March which reflects what is actually written in the US Constitution.
Meaning right now Biden does not have command of the military!
