Arguably the greatest accomplishment of the Republican-controlled Senate during the Trump era was the confirmation of hundreds of constitutional conservative judges. The elevation of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court was the final dagger into legions of bleeding hearts. The Left knew then that their Super Bowl was over. They lost. And they might not get back there again for at least generation.
Older Minnesota Viking fans can sympathize.
For decades the Left used the courts to advance agenda items that they knew could never garner enough support to be enacted by legislatures. They court-shopped for friendly judges. Pipeline and power plant construction were tied up in court for years in disputes over seemingly innocuous issues. Radical environmentalists and other liberal interest groups had no greater friends than certain federal judges.
Legendary Packer football coach Vince Lombardi observed that there are only three kinds of people in this world. Those who make it happen. Those who watch it happen. And those who ask, what happened? For too long we have found ourselves in that last group.
It’s time to go on offense and move into that first group. Just like in football, we are either on offense or we are on defense.
The Democrats have a weak quarterback and predictable game plan. They tried to stymie much of the Trump agenda with frivolous suits. Let’s blitz Biden with multiple suits and appeals. Challenge his executive orders on every front. The Left has never cared about the strength or even the constitutionality of their legal arguments (witness the impeachment farce). For them it’s classic stump water politics. Throw what’s handy. Stress what sticks.
We were promised that these new judges and justices were made of the right stuff. It’s time we put those promises to the test.
There are multiple opportunities to get evidence and new election data in front of courts. Mike Lindell has exposed evidence and identified several expert witnesses. We are not likely to get the election overturned. But, we should be able to expose wrongdoing and finally hold election officials accountable. Maybe we can get a ruling on whether Mr. Zuckerberg’s massive cash and in-kind contributions were intended to influence the election? More important, these challenges could serve to force a larger debate on needed election reforms like voter ID.
Imagine a team of aggressive lawyers becoming specialists and finally getting fair compensation for the millions of young women who have suffered permanent mental and physical damages at the hands of abortionists. Threats of lawsuits were a major reason why many small town doctors quit delivering babies. A salvo of million-dollar lawsuits might give pause to those who butcher the unborn.
And why haven’t we seen more class-action lawsuits filed against the social media oligarchs? How hard can it be to argue that Section 230 was never intended to allow them to abuse and abrogate basic rights of free speech. If necessary, call on the authors of the legislation to clarify their intent. Section 230 should be struck down by the courts.
Universities are slow-moving targets. Perhaps some of these new conservative judges would welcome an opportunity to review collegiate diversity programs. Do these bastions of free thought foster diversity of thought, especially conservative thought? Are right-minded professors systematically silenced? Shouldn’t conservative students abused and browbeaten by Leftist professors be entitled to generous financial judgements? Maybe courts could impose quotas on faculty makeups to make them look more like America?
It’s worth a shot.
Finally, local school boards have been bullied by the Left for decades. They’ve been quick to wave the white flag whenever threatened with legal actions. It’s time to make clear that the road to court is a two way street. Let them defend under oath some of their indefensible curriculum decisions.
Some may worry that we might lose in court, like we aren’t aren’t losing now? What do we have to lose? Donald Trump left us a powerful legacy in the federal courts. Forcing reforms, advancing a populist conservative agenda and laying the groundwork for fairer elections in the future doesn’t require “take’n it to the streets.” It may be more effective to simply “take’m to court.”

I have been screaming that since the writing was on the wall that the fix was in.
Time is PASSED for EVERY SINGLE bidet EO to be challenged in court. Even the symbolic ones. Even if it names a dog catcher in Podunk County.
EVERY.

No..that’s backward. God created all things, gave it to the dominion of man, man gave it over to satan. God then provided an avenue back to Him for man...The one who illuminates the gates of heaven, The Lamb of God...Jesus.
Was it His fault that we sent our manufacturing into a communist country, knowing their hostile intentions? We knew about the hundreds of millions murdered under communism. We knew about their human rights abuses and their repression of Jesus' Body. And we saw our homeless Vets in this country as we were shipping their jobs out for the sake of saving $.10 on a communist made pen. Was this His choice, or ours?
Now we have a leftist media that literally controls information in this country and a new cold war with an enemy whose military was built up with our money, and we want to blame God?
At what point do we accept responsibility for our part in this?
Any Conehead Barrett Was the deciding vote in the California case about singing in church under Covid orders. She fell on the statist side. She has stayed solidly on the side of cowardice from day one. Worthless and she’ll be a disappointing shill for decades now. Same for party boy Kavenaugh.
The Trump appointees will not save us. They will all go out of their way to “prove” how they are not evil like Trump.

I never thought she was a conservative. Small red flags from my point of view (not everyone’s point of view I know). Shopping at Whole Foods (everyone I know who shops there is a lib). The three names (use yours or use your husband’s; pick one. Her designer family to flaunt diversity.
ACB is a traitor every bit as much as Roberts.
She pulled a Sessions and recused herself from judging on the cheat-by-mail-ballots being counted for up to 9 days after the 2020 election in PA. Because of her absence, the vote was 4-4 and the Dems won with their cheat counting.
When was the last time a Lefty ever recused themselves?
If ACB had participated in the vote and followed the Constitution, Trump would have won PA, and the precedence set would have maybe affected AZ, WI, MI, and GA. We will never know because of her non-action.

The Dems have the press but it DIDN'T WORK. Trump was elected in a landslide, but the mail-in-cheat ballots that were manufactured out of thin air combined with the Dominion machines stole it from him.
It was RINO-controlled legislatures that allowed the cheat-by-mail ballots and Dominion machines. It was RINO judges combined with Dems who not even hear the evidence. It was RINO members of SCOTUS who abrogated their duty and declared Texas had no standing.
The Dems won by cheating, but that never could have happened without RINO cooperation.
Patriots must PURGE THE RINOs from the GOP in the 2022 primaries and go on to take control of the House and Senate. And when we regain the Senate, the Turtle must NOT be voted as leader.
Our children have been specifically targeted a century by our pubic schools, news, media, churches and now social media.
We had John Dewey’s early 1900’s Progressive (Marxist) anti-home schooling influence, followed by The Frankfurt School’s mid-1900’s social Marxist plan for children, then Hollywood’s 1950’s communist influences, then NEA’s No God push in our schools.
Then, the 1960’s CPUSA push of college youts for war protests, drug use and wanton fornication, then the 1980’s sitcoms ridiculing parents, then the 1990’s queer push, then the 2000’s self-esteem facade. In the 2010's, socialism is good.
Recently, MSM, SJW groups and social media pushed "social justice" and stirring them to riot and destroy -- the anarchy needed before stepping in as heros to "save America" (by electing Biden-Harris).
Now, they're demonizing America-loving patriots as insurrectionists, to silence and isolate us.
I agree with all you said but this. To a certain degree, it did work. It worked in convincing people who live in the crime ridden cities run/ruined by democrats to not only keep voting for them, but in many cases participate in fraud to get them elected.
This, and the RINOs in the state legislatures who could have stopped it refusing to do so, is why we lost.
