Former President Donald Trump made a statement after the Senate voted to acquit him in his second impeachment trial with a vote of 57-43.

I want to first thank my team of dedicated lawyers and others for their tireless work upholding justice and defending truth.
My deepest thanks as well to all of the United States Senators and Members of Congress who stood proudly for the Constitution we all revere and for the sacred legal principles at the heart of our country.
Our cherished Constitutional Republic was founded on the impartial rule of law, the indispensable safeguard for our liberties, our rights and our freedoms.
It is a sad commentary on our times that one political party in America is given a free pass to denigrate the rule of law, defame law enforcement, cheer mobs, excuse rioters, and transform justice into a tool of political vengeance, and persecute, blacklist, cancel and suppress all people and viewpoints with whom or which they disagree. I always have, and always will, be a champion for the unwavering rule of law, the heroes of law enforcement, and the right of Americans to peacefully and honorably debate the issues of the day without malice and without hate.
This has been yet another phase of the greatest witch hunt in the history of our Country. No president has ever gone through anything like it, and it continues because our opponents cannot forget the almost 75 million people, the highest number ever for a sitting president, who voted for us just a few short months ago.
I also want to convey my gratitude to the millions of decent, hardworking, law-abiding, God-and-Country loving citizens who have bravely supported these important principles in these very difficult and challenging times.

President Trump is well aware that there is only one political party in America. It does have two divisions, but they work for a common goal.
I sure miss President Trump. I also know that the attacks against him are not done.
They know that Donald Trump is the greatest threat to their corrupt use of power. They still fear him.
I think that the Republicans will find that 7 votes, followed by McConnell’s attack on Trump was a bit too much for him.
So now they’ll have to deal with Trump starting his own party and pulling NEARLY ALL of the GOP base over to it. Sure, there will still be the old GOP, and they’ll still have Bill Kristol and the Gay Mafia (Lincoln Project), but the elected Republicans will find that themselves lucky to out-vote the Libertarian Party, with Trump taking the other 98% of Republican voters, along with many, many, Democrats and Independents.
There are obviously many in government who reject truth and evidence of truth. They didn’t vote on truth, but on their personal preference.
For all intents and purposes folks, we have little to no representation in government, folks. Most reps are there to glorify themselves and several senators could care less about the states they represent.
I really liked Trump’s lawyers this time around. They didn’t dance with fear. They confronted the issues with both houses, head on. I appreciated his strong words. Trump chose wisely this time.

I’m not sure I’m interested in making America great again again. We’ll have to wait and see what happens in the next 2-4 years.

If not Trump trying to bring the country back, then it’s Left-Wing Fascism...unless I’m missing something.
If people haven’t figured out that fly on his head thought he should be President I don’t know what else you could say
