So if I’m understanding the logic of the Democrats, Congress has determined Trump is not removed from office. When will he be restored to the office of President and what happens to Biden?

I’m disgusted with the democrats. (Not happy with Republicans either.) Their vicious hatred had them paralyze the country while they tried to kick Trump out of office. I hope this puts an end to it, but I doubt it. They will use every corrupt judge they can find to exact revenge from Trump.
They will harass him for everything from parking tickets to overdue library books.
They are going to be insanely obsessed with Trump for the next 4 years. I will enjoy hearing their heads explode like rotten melons when Trump announces for 2024.

The Democrats could have continued this farce if they thought it in their best interests. My take is that they have decided to stop the bleeding and to start lying to the American people about some other subject. Trump dragged that corrupt dirtbag Burr over the finish line. He voted guilty in a trial he thought was unconstitutional and should be forced to resign.
Oh yeah, Manchin now doesn’t stand a snowballs chance in hell of getting re-elected in WV, so expect him to vote for every single thing Schumer wants from here on out. He’s now basically WV’s Doug Jones.
