And the reason Roberts isn't there...as mandated by the Constitution for the trial of an impeached sitting President...is because even he knows this "trial" is illegal as the Senate has zero authority to put a private citizen on trial.
Would actually be a remarkable plan save for one issue....removal of Xiden and the anchor baby could only occur via trial in the Senate.
The (R)'s would need to not only take control in 2022, but would also need to find several (D)'s to go along with a conviction.

Your post shows that you’re one of the very few here who understand the situation. After the 2020 electoral carastrophe the now-defunct USA will never have a legitimate election ever again. The states that the Marxocrats own will statutorily permanentize electoral fraud. The USSC in the now-defunct USA will refuse to even consider any cases challenging the fraud from disenfranchised states that follow the Constitution. Posters on this site who bray on and on about voting for the next GOPee slate of quisling traitors are blind sleepwalkers who are too stupifyingly thickheaded to recognize that the GOPee itself voted to accept the fraudulent election results, thereby screwing every Trump voter in the process. We just witnessed the end of the United States of America. The only way forward from a catastrophe of this magnitude for those Americans who still value their freedom and liberty is state by state nullification, non-compliance, and secession. This will be made starkly clear as events unfold from this point forward.
