Democrats were caught Wednesday using fake evidence during their impeachment clown show, and were forced to withdraw it, proving that they don’t care about the truth, and only about trying to punish President Trump.
Impeachment managers led by Rep. Raskin charged that following the Capitol storming on January 6, Trump called Senator Mike Lee by accident when he really meant to speak to Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville.

I think they word they are looking for is PERJURY.
If they can do this to President Trump, they can do it TO ANY OF US!
Probably not, as this is a political process, not a judicial process. They would have no say in this matter. The impeachment remains. The Senate has the final say. Given that the clear evidence that the House managers are blatant liars the Senate should reject the charge and acquit Donald Trump.
And the Chinese guy swallwell’s video of the riots had music in the background, music. Was there music playing during the riots or was that doctored for effect to trick and influence people...
There is no wording in the Constitution for redress or appeal to SCOTUS or any court with regards to impeachment.
However if the Trump people would continue to follow the same logic the Democrats have been using for decades, they they can.
The Democrats state that if the Constitution does not state that something is forbidden then that means it is authorized by the Constitution.
Its my hope that future classes in college rhetoric will study this kangaroo court for the many and varied invalid arguments as well as for this falsified evidence. They dress it up as Rhetoric without considering the problem of lying. That needs to change, otherwise, the gaslighting will end very badly for all parties concerned.
And thanks to Mike Pence to go along with these frauds and do what they said he should do.

Hey, if you can steal an election, you can present fabricated “evidence” in an already-illegitimate “trial”. Anything goes, the end justifies the means. Democrat philosophy at its worst.
