They lie because the democratic party is a font of ideas that simply do not work. Thats putting it mildly. If anything, democrat ideas and legislation make things worse.

So how does one prop up ideas that are broken and do not work? Simple: they lie. One certainly cannot prop up phony, broken, disastrous ideas and actions with the truth. So its lie, lie, lie, and lie some more. The communists did it that way. The nazis did it that way. And the democrats do it that way.

Watching the opening arguments over whether or not the Senate has any constitutional power to hold an impeachment trial of a former president, I was overwhelmed with a sincere sense of not giving a damn.

It's kabuki theater impeachment, a Stalinist show trial, a kangaroo court. A tremendous waste of time and money. This is our Democrat-controlled Congress, a farce for all the world to see.

I worked in that building and absolutely love it. I still get the same chills I got seeing the Capitol Dome in the distance I got when I started working in D.C. back in 2001, and am of the firm belief that if anyone loses that sense of wonder and awe at seeing it, they should leave the city immediately and find another line of work.

I hate to break this to the author, but the Dems could care less that we care less. They have all the power. In fact this past election shows just how much power that side of the political aisle has.
