A NEW one?
Damn, the cops are out of control these days.
Too bad they can’t shoot some antifa.

With only one shot fired, one has to wonder if accidental discharge is a possibility. How many officer involved shootings the last decade only involved a single shot being fired? Likely not many.

Likely not many.I tried reading the craptastic article with all the ads in between the paragraphs, so I may have missed something, but the only reference to shots I saw said that the victim was only shot once. I didn't see anything that said they only fired once.

There’s no such things as an accidental discharge.

“During the contact, deputies were alerted that the suspect had a gun,” the statement reads. “The suspect was fatally shot.” In other words, one of the deputies shouted "gun", so they killed her. Maybe like you said, negligent discharge. Surprised they didn't have a "throwdown" gun handy. I wonder if she was even involved in the car theft? They never make that connection in the police press release. They say, "nothing good happens after midnight". But we all know that's where the fun is. Until the police show up...

True. I guess they could have fired many shots but only hit her once.

During the contact, deputies were alerted that the suspect had some remaining Constitutional rights, so the suspect was fatally shot.
