With only one shot fired, one has to wonder if accidental discharge is a possibility. How many officer involved shootings the last decade only involved a single shot being fired? Likely not many.

I tried reading the craptastic article with all the ads in between the paragraphs, so I may have missed something, but the only reference to shots I saw said that the victim was only shot once. I didn't see anything that said they only fired once.

True. I guess they could have fired many shots but only hit her once.
