The Dem's Impeachment Brief is out and it says the First Amendment doesn't apply to impeachment. My response in todays show. Quote from the video. No text beyond this.

As watching the so called "Trial" that isn't watch how these "Americans" try to deny 1st Amendment presentation of the PROOF OF THE ELECTION FRAUD== to prevent this EVIDENCE supporting a NON-Violent speech at the center of the "impeachment" single article (Trump did NOT incite Violence. He RECITED line by line the Fraud, then said peaceful protest over the same). Congress knowingly certified a Fraudulent Federal Election, and thus committed a crime against the People of the USA.... And they deny this evidence (which the Courts also NEVER SAW because they did not want to!) because they say the 1st Amendment does not apply!
This is BEYOND any Communist Show Trial. None of the verdict votes or decision carries ANY legal enforcement with it- What. So. Ever.
From American's true one's, perspective... here'e hoping these idiots proceed through each muddy puddle under which there is political suicide quicksand. It needs to be seen and PRAYERS for USA our Republic and the Greatest President in 100 years, if not all time.

The Democrat party self destructed when it elected Clinton. Its now a Marxist-Leninist party following in the footsteps of Chairman Mao who hated his county so much that he ordered its culture destroyed - sound familiar?
Legalities are of the past - the New Law is made and broken by the elite at will and on orders from the CCP. Unfortunately, the Dem operatives are not stupid - even if some action may look that way. They have the Mao playbook to follow and CCP operatives to help them apply the New Law. By mirroring China under Mao, all of this makes the former USA easier for the CCP to govern.

Does it really matter if the Senate follows the Constitution or not? They’re accountable to no one. There is no appeal to the Supreme Court as there is no written law in this case. Who are they accountable to? The public? It’s not like we actually control elections any more.
Well the marxist part is what certain types would try to spin.
But the facts are (see Time magazine brag on the “fortification” of our election by major CEOs of major Corporations aligned with LABOR— ie. Chamber of Commerce with the AFL-CIO agreement not to pursue the true vote or Electoral Fraud that is grossly evident. Statement on Nov.4th).
The merger of Labor, ownership class/corporations, and government in a political organization whether LEFT or RIGHT— is Fascism. The notion of Leftist Fascism is something discussed many times in history, most recently by Mark Levin. This is Leftist spectrum totalitarianism, masked as being “protective” of our “Democracy”. But, we don’t have a Democracy as described in the Constitution- we have a Republic (at least through today).

The numbers I’ve seen says only about 35% (if that) of the
public backs this Senate Trial.
Impeachment IS NOT on the table.
They can make believe like 5 year olds playing supermarket
at home with mom’s supplies, but that’s all it will be.
People’s eyes will be opened here.
Thank you for the more recent podcast posting— which did not get the commentary or exposure it needed to get, even though it expanded on this podcast on the utter fraud of the Brief brought to the Senate.
All of this is beyond the worst of Orwellian conceptions, observations and writing from history.
All FReepers need to make sure that everyone they know is watching this “proceeding”. If the Evidence of Fraud is not allowed because 1st Amendment is not allowed then of course this is a complete farce of the truth- suppressed by a full on Fascist collaboration-— true Chi-Com collusion with corporatists, Leftists Laborites, and coopted CEOs, and our ‘government’... for the moment.
