The order also requires the New York State Board of Elections to certify the results.

The justice issued his ruling, also rejecting Incumbent Democrat Anthony Brindisi's motion for an injunction to stay the certification.

He claims that the Democrat candidate Ted Brindisi won, but voting machines caused irregularities in the counting of votes
