Up To 40 Years In Prison For Violation...

Democratic Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee introduced a bill earlier this month that would enact some of the strictest gun regulations in the history of the country and give the federal government sweeping power to decide who can own a firearm.

The Sabika Sheikh Firearm Licensing and Registration Act, named after a Pakistani exchange student who was murdered in Texas in 2018, would “provide for the licensing of firearm and ammunition possession and the registration of firearms” and “prohibit the possession of certain ammunition.”

WHAT DOES THIS BILL DO?

HR 127 is one of the most sweeping attacks on your Second Amendment rights ever proposed. It would:

• Establish a publicly-searchable gun registry containing your most private information
• Require you to petition an anti-gun Attorney General for a “license” to possess firearms & ammunition
• Further force you to obtain “firearms insurance” from the federal government at a cost of $800 PER YEAR
• Ban numerous rifles, AR pistols, shotguns, .50 (or greater) ammo, and any magazine with a capacity of over 10 rounds
• Slap gun owners with mandatory minimum prison sentences and fines for so-called ‘violations’ of this proposed legislation

Illegal ownership of even A SINGLE ROUND of banned ammo will result in up to $100,000 in fines AND 20 years in prison.

The psych evaluation has enormous abuse potential. The APA is hard left as are many, probably the majority, in the mental health profession.

What, precisely, would this “psychological evaluation” look like? Who gives it? What standardized tests are to be employed? What factors will be “disqualifiers”? This is much, much too broad and surrenders all of your power far beyond 2A.

Do you think the results of this “evaluation* won’t follow you through every aspect of your life?

I would suggest never to say never, considering all this fraudulent election crap amongst many other things which should not have happened. Fifty years ago, if anyone would have made the predictions what is happening right now, they would have hauled him off to a looney bin. Let’s call a spade systemic racism.

That said, why not call her bill what it really is. She is invoking the first amendment in order to crucify the Second, while desiring to leave the American people unarmed and vulnerable to her brand of government.

That means she is not attacking the second amendment she is attacking the foundation of the Rule of Law the United States Constitution.

Representative Lee has taken an oath to support and defend the Constitution and violated that oath by drafting and introducing a bill that should on its face not see the light of day.

Federal criminal law is explicit and direct regarding a violation of oath of office by federal officials which includes all members of Congress. The law requires the removal of the office holder as well a prison term or fine for the offender.

18 U.S.C. 1918:

“Whoever violates the provisions of section 7311 of title 5 that an individual may not accept or hold a position in the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia if he (1) advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government [and] shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year and a day or both.”
