Investigators are struggling to build a federal murder case regarding fallen US Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick, vexed by a lack of evidence that could prove someone caused his death as he defended the Capitol during last month's insurrection.
Authorities have reviewed video and photographs that show Sicknick engaging with rioters amid the siege but have yet to identify a moment in which he suffered his fatal injuries, law enforcement officials familiar with the matter said.

This signal to noise ratio is off the charts, we are being inundated with click-bait fake news that is obscuring what is important.
I believe we are being subject to deliberate misinformation from either trolls looking for clicks, or leftie propaganda generators who are putting out information that is designed to distract us, point us away from what is important, and to generally discredit the information from the right.
The hole is he was fighting Antifa.
Didn’t Sicknick’s family make a statement shortly after his death saying that he had a medical condition, to not politicize his death and to respect the family’s privacy?

What are they say is happening? What did happen?
during last month’s insurrection.
Does anyone know who and if he was attacked? Asking for a friend.
First, you’d need a valid coroner’s report citing cause and manner of death.
Officer Sicknick was NOT in the video where the fire extinguisher is being thrown.
We have a lot of speculation being reported as news, most of it "too good to check." But. we don't have a video of the events. We don't have a suspect. We don't have the autopsy report
They've changed the "official" story several times, at first anonymous sources said he got hit with a fire extinguisher. Then, it was "might have been caused by a chemical reaction," because he stated he was hit with tear gas. Most recently it was "may have been triggered by exertion."
That last one makes sense. However, unless there was an underlying medical condition, a healthy person in their forties would not have dropped dead from mere exertion.
All evidence points now is consistent with the following sequence of events:
Officer Sicknick had either an undiagnosed aneurysm (weak blood vessels in the brain) or risk factors (high blood pressure, etc.,) that would lead to a stroke (a blockage of a blood vessel in the brain,) The exertion of patrolling at the demonstration may have caused the aneurysm to burst or generate a stoke.
But this type of medical event could have been triggered by any energetic exercise or exertion. It was a bomb waiting to go off in his head.
The last time this happened in a high-profile case was the George Floyd incident last year ... and the officers are all going to be acquitted for this very reason. As soon as the defense attorney proves that the medical examiner included Floyd in the state's statistics for "COVID-related deaths," all bets are off. And I haven't even mentioned the fatal levels of fentanyl in that mutant's system, either.
Biden had a touching scene where he lovingly held the ashes of Officer Sicknick.
You know where else he had a touching scene? When he talked to Jacob Blake, the guy who got shot when he pulled a knife on cops who were trying to arrest him for an outstanding warrant.
In all likelihood, he had an undiagnosed aneurysm that burst.
His death was not a homicide, unlike Ashli's.

Do you know if anything came out of the video I posted?
US Capitol Police Chief requested for back up (6) times and nobody did a thing set up?.

“Authorities have reviewed video and photographs that show Sicknick engaging with rioters amid the siege but have yet to identify a moment in which he suffered his fatal injuries, law enforcement officials familiar with the matter said”
“.... To date, little information has been shared publicly about the circumstances of the death of the 13-year veteran of the police force, including any findings from an autopsy that was conducted by DC’s medical examiner.”
“... In Sicknick’s case, it’s still not known publicly what caused him to collapse the night of the insurrection.”
“.... According to one law enforcement official, medical examiners did not find signs that the officer sustained any blunt force trauma, so investigators believe that early reports that he was fatally struck by a fire extinguisher are not true.”
“.... The case could also be complicated if Sicknick had a preexisting medical condition. It could not be learned if he did.”
He probably had dirt on HRC.
It appears that the fire extinguisher did hit an officer in the helmet.
I've heard people suggest that: the fire extinguisher was empty, hit an officer in the helmet, and may also have bounced and clipped one officer with a helmet and one without. The thrower is being sought, but I don't know if he's been identified.
What is known is that Officer Sicknick is not in that video.
Good Lord, you realize this insanity is part of the problem, don't you?
