I was listening to an old Texe Marrs program and it hit me hard that when They say “OUR DEMOCRACY”, They are referring to something other than our constitutional republic. At least once a day here, and FR is the choir of conservatism, a Freeper posts their frustration about one of Them spouting “OUR DEMOCRACY”. The Freeper always reminds that our nation is a representative republic, and then questions the intelligence of Them.
So I was listening to Marrs on the topic of ISIS, Al Qaeda, the invasion of Iraq, Shiites... 2005 ? and he quotes then President George Bush Jr. claiming that these entities are “dangers to OUR DEMOCRACY”. Like I said, it just hit me that “OUR DEMOCRACY” is not what we peons think it is. The worst examples are when these politicians are clearly pimping only for themselves, that they feel threatened, their personal wealth, power and position, but they use “OUR DEMOCRACY” instead. Pelosi does this.
