I don’t know what video you watched but she was not the size of an adult. That’s a lie and anyone that can come out and empathetic with the cops in this situation is sick in my mind. That was heartbreaking and those cops are monsters.
The girl was the most intelligent one there.
Cops: You’re acting like a child.

sorry to disagree. in my day a child would not fight the police the way she did. also i was half the size of her at age 9. I would have easily thought she was 18.
I guess they’re saving the rubber bullets for the 5 year olds.
Were these the same cops who stood around for the past 12 months watching cities burn, get looted while they were paid to gawk at innocent people being gang beat and shot up?
Brat needs to learn English, as well as respect.
Officers handled it as well as could be expected. Orders from law enforcement are not a request, they are a demand. Something the brat should have learned long before this.
What did this cost the taxpayers and who got away with real crimes while officers were tied up dealing with someones brat?
She was a panicked child. If your child was panicked and screaming for yiu, what would you have had the cops do?
I would have wanted the cops to contact me to take her home. Short of murder,that’s how children should always be dealt with.
Her parent/s are responsible for this hysteria.
Unfortunately this video will not serve the police well, regardless of the facts. Maybe Judge Judy would have scolded her, but that's not going to happen, IMO
She physically resisted the police; she doesn’t know better? Um...
She was big enough that two male officers couldn’t handle her.
She was warned she would be pepper sprayed, but she continued resisting.
She got what she axed for. No pity from me.

I like the way it takes 8 or 9 cops to screw up so well, and threaten witnesses on their own property.

There was a whole platoon of cops on scene...No staffing problems there!
Good god what a little psycho. They shoulda called the dog catcher. They have those 6 foot poles with that wire loop on the end.
My now adult children would have never acted in that manner. Then again, I taught them respect for adults and authority.
Today’s ferals who were never properly parented will call 911 if a parent dares to take their phone away.
Kinda hard to have respect for authority today when those in government, those who have fraudulently seized power, are the most corrupt of them all.

I watched both videos and apparently the Mom and Dad were fighting. The girl accused the Mom of stabbing the Dad. The Mom said the blood was hers and Dad had her in a headlock. As things progressed, Mom went after the girl and the cop intervened. He told the Mom to go inside but she kept agitating the girl. Mom was told to go inside again or she’d be arrested. It went downhill from there and nobody was a winner. Domestic disputes are always volatile.
That was every reason to pepper spray - without which the next escalation would have involved more serious injury.
This should be shown to grade school kids how not to act when LE is giving orders.
