Democrat New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo claimed Friday that it didn’t matter whether COVID patients died in hospitals or nursing homes.....Cuomo appeared to argue that because the overall death toll was the same, whether or not his nursing home policy had played a role was irrelevant.

doesn’t matter, other than the fact that the people that died in nursing homes were pretty much sentenced to death by cuomo for the crime of being old and weak.

It’s not about where...it’s this particular age group with particular needs and basically wards of the state since all these homes are state regulated.
It certainly does matter to those who were killed because of Cuomo’s decisions.
He is so full of it. I want to curse at him but the owners of the site don’t want cursing. This curseword issued 2 contradictory policies on the same day. 1) No people could visit their elderly friends or families out of fear they may bring the virus into the homes and 2) ordering KNOWN INFECTED people into the homes!
I cannot believe anyone listens to him at all, and why nobody calls him on this curseword, let alone the cursrwords that gave him an Emmy!
My instinct tells me: follow the money. There is probably a lot of money involved, e.g. medicare money. And who knows, NY State is so corrupt the facility owners probably have to give the governor fat envelopes every month.
The epidemic and deaths in the New York area dwarfs everywhere else.
Not even close.
But it doesn’t matter to Cuomo. Which is liberalese for “I don’t Care” about you.
What does it matter anyway?
If liberals can blame 400K covid deaths (their number) on Trump and try to hold him responsible, the Cuomo can be held responsible for COVID deaths as well.
Perhaps he might have had a more thoughtful response.
At this point what difference does it make?
BLM was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize.
Just when you think it can’t get any more disgusting.
Being a Democrat means you never have to take responsibility for your failures.
It’s OK. He “cares”. That’s all that matters. He “cares”.
