Perhaps we could have, but I just can’t imagine any legal team with the horsepower to overcome the cheering from the media after they ‘determined’ the winner.

And that to me was the big question - it was as if we started from zero 11/4. No one seemed to be organized and ready to immediately jump in front of a judge - and they should have been, they had to know about the ballot abuse. And the cyber team guy - nobody knew he was a ringer?

It might have made no difference but by the time the truth got it’s trousers on, the lie was half-way around the world.

Another reason it fell apart. This was a comedy of errors.

I have no need to read the article, Trump lost to massive election fraud in Democrat metropolitan vote counting centers after we were told the counting was stopped and to go to bed.

CNN, MSNBC, et al. Fox news was also complicit in this fraud and that’s why they are floundering today.

The crazy thing is Trump saw this coming a mile away. Why was the whole effort so ad hoc? They should have had their teams lined up, organized and loaded for bear from the start. I don't know the answer but I was given the impression that Trump was ready when he clearly wasn't.

Yes, the election was stolen. But that doesn't excuse the inept handling of the aftermath.

General Flynn, Sidney Powell and Patrick Byrne put together a workable "Plan in a Can." Trump had all the statutory power he needed to call in Federal Marshalls and force a transparent recount. Why didn't he pull the trigger?

That is the problem

A lot of that was pure crap

The kill was the states that changed their own election laws, we needed a great legal team to put that together and got it to court on day 1 of the election, not three weeks later.

We did not have a workable winning plan, we had TV hack lawyers looking to write their next books doing interviews and destroying their own credibility.

We needed to focus on what was a winning point, change of election laws without the legislature was a winning point. Conjuring up Hugo Chavez’s ghost and releasing a mythical sea creature was not. It was stupid, I pointed out early on that this wasn’t going to win, it was all tin foil hat conspiracy nonsense. Something you would see on the Alex Jones channel, not something a presidential commission should tackle, even if this stuff was true it was going to take months if not years to put together a winning case.

The side show I believe was the trap, the distraction from the real issues and was used to dazzle Trump supporters away from the wonky legal stuff that was the win.

Those people were the problem, not the solution. Trump needed real lawyers who would challenge the state laws, the recount was pure 100% garbage that Trump fell into. Why re count illegal ballots? That was stupid. Trump’s ego got in the way, he just had to prove that he “won” but he couldn’t do that by recounting the same ballots that handed him the loss. But nobody explained that to him.

What he needed was a challenge to election laws that were not followed or changed with out legislature approval in those particular states. That was the win.

Recounts, ballot machines, post office, etc just didn’t matter if the laws themselves were broken.

It was the only “win” he could have gotten.

But the remedy was another issue.

The Democrat/Socialists have spent the last twenty years working on and perfecting the stealing of an election, while during the same time, the Republicans have been walking in circles, bumping into each other and shouting “Don’t you know how important I am?”

Thanks for posting. As someone commented, this was posted previously. But since many here may have missed it first time round, it’s important to post again.

Hard to imagine such disorder going on when our free nation is at stake, but the truth needs to be told.

I would like to hear an account also from Jay Sekulow if he was still serving the President during all of the post election events... a truthful account. I guess (hope) he can still be trusted.

This of course is one man’s perspective, but even if half of it is true, it was the Keystone Cops at its finest.

It makes me sort of wonder if Trump knew the outcome was not going to change from the beginning but simply wanted to chum the water. How else could you explain how this was handled?

Yes, really strange. Seems like the ones who should have reporting to President Trump were never the correct or best ones to do it. Why didn’t his close staff get him the message of the chaos going on? Was he that removed from the truth of it all? Trusting Rudy too much?

That’s why I would like to hear from someone like Jay Sekulow. And I’m assuming he is still trustworthy and would give an accurate account of it all. Even for the sake of history, Jay should write an account.

I’m surprised Jay wasn’t his rep on the election claims. It makes me wonder how valid Trump’s claims were since he was relying on some pretty shaky vounsel.

IMHO, Trump has always been concerned first with his image and optics of doing that. He was hoping for some judicial victory. He has always been a lawyer-up-and-liltigate kind of guy. In this case, the direct way to get the evidence/raw data needed to prove the point was through the Insurrection Act in conjunction with the E.O.'s on foreign interference in the election. Now he could have said there were security issues about the Congressional elections, so it wasn't just about him. Once he failed to dispute the Congressional results, he accepted the legitimacy of Pelosi returning as speaker, and let the Dems steal Senate seats in AZ, MI and GA. Trump just didn't want to pull that trigger because he would have appeared to be self-dealing. Well maybe he should have done that, but now he won't be called a tyrant. There still many election cases in the courts, including SCOTUS.
