Who really cares if they get Roberts, Leahy, or Bozo the Clown to sit over this Kangaroo Court?
The fact is this is an illegal and unconstitutional abuse of power.
If only the President can be removed by impeachment, then it logically follows that Trump is still the legal president.

So I get why the liberals want to remove Trump from office. They want to give a legal degree of credibility to the scam that put Puppet Master Xoe Biden in office.

Well, judges can be impeached as well, but Trump isn’t one of them either.
It would be unconstitutional for anyone other than Roberts to preside. Whether a person filling that role could be charged with a crime is another question. Perhaps it would qualify as “abuse of power” and would itself qualify as an impeachable offense. That would be a nice turnaround.
