It's extremely low skill, low productivity work. Nobody is going to "make" solar panels, those are made in China and Germany. The 150k workers are going to shlep solar panels and screw them into the frames. They will bend the frames and bend the tempered glass panels.

Will that also mean net-zero products derived from oil? You know, useless stuff like plastic.......
Yep, they didn’t ask us before they closed the economy and killed all of those jobs and businesses either.

Remember Biden telling coal miners they could learn to “code”not telling that more often coding work is done in India. John Kerry also saying these pipe fitters and welders can get green jobs when solar panels, batteries and many components of wind turbines are made in China. The Biden administration is clueless about blue collars jobs that keep this country running and are pandering to the leftist elites.

It’s very odd, the the people in government who destroy other peoples lives and financial well being are never on the receiving end of their decisions. Instead, they get additional fat government raise$ and more secure gold plated benefits and retirement pensions.
