Stupidity on the part of the attorneys was part of it given the analysis of the author, but for the courts to ignore a nuclear cloud demands answers by the citizens of our Republic. The non-stop excuses of “no standing” by the courts were especially offensive and odious. They denied justice to the entire nation of law-abiding citizens.

Perhaps. But just because it offends you doesn't mean the ruling wasn't appropriate. The concept of legal standing is long established and wasn't invented just for this situation.

One of the more baffling aspects of Trump's time as president is how such a bright man could surround himself with such terrible talent. And it's not just the Giuliani's and Powell's and Wood's of the world. Time and time againt throughout his entire administration he has been horribly served by the people he appointed.
Gaynor at FEMA is running the show for Trump. You can’t possibly believe the military is following orders from Joe Biden. It would be dereliction of duty. Do you honestly think they turned the football over to Joe? Not in a million years.
Without the military its hard to take over anything. Biden has no real power. He’s being allowed to scare everyone for a short period of time so they will wake up which does seem to be happening.
Gaynor has been unemployed since January 20th following his sterling eight day term as acting DHS secretary.

I remember Bernie Sanders and his supporters complained about vote switching from Bernie to Hillary. My reaction at the time was that the 75% crazies could argue with the 60% crazies. Maybe it was time for me to prepare popcorn.

Your response certainly has merit. However my view is that the Republican party is largely volunteer, grass roots and decentralized. The FBI might have the discipline to root out election fraud. I now doubt that President Trump had control over the FBI. I think the FBI turned a blind-eye towards Democratic party election fraud.

I disagree in that virtually all those "rulings" were clearly in the wrong. They were not doing their legal duty to uphold the law and the Constitution. Most of those "judges" should've been indicted and convicted for aiding and abetting treason, with the appropriate penalty swiftly carried out for said acts.

I am disappointed that state legislatures act so slowly in formally recalling their phony Biden electors. At some point, they will probably act “pragmatically” and declare, a la Hillary, “at this point, what does it really matter anyway?”
The article claims that Rudy’s team was disorganized, typical of lawyers. I doubt that they are any less disorganized that a Republican controlled state legislature.

Trump should’ve disbanded the FBI. For that matter, so should most of the federal government. At this point, it should be smashed to pieces, everyone that has worked for it should be turned out and never allowed to work for a newly reconstituted government again. The armies of civil service bureaucrats must be ended. Return to party patronage of the 19th century that come in with the administration and leave with it. You can’t reform a malignant cancer, you can only kill it.
Pete Gaynor is still the head of FEMA. Its a permanent position. I keep wondering why you are so breathtakingly uninformed.
