I am disappointed that state legislatures act so slowly in formally recalling their phony Biden electors. At some point, they will probably act “pragmatically” and declare, a la Hillary, “at this point, what does it really matter anyway?”
The article claims that Rudy’s team was disorganized, typical of lawyers. I doubt that they are any less disorganized that a Republican controlled state legislature.

Honestly, if Trump lost the election due to vote fraud then in many ways he has nobody but himself to blame. During the four years of the Trump administration the Department of Justice did nothing to combat vote fraud. Allegations of fraud were made about the 2016 election and the 2018 election but no investigations were launched, no charges were levied or people arrested, no trials or convictions. Had a major effort been made to deal with the fraud then the chances of it occurring on the levels alleged during the 2020 election could have been greatly reduced. But instead nothing was done and we get to live with the results for the next four years.
