Should be, so long as they are legally and legitimately done. We're way past that now. The Constitution was blatantly ignored.

I disagree in that virtually all those "rulings" were clearly in the wrong. They were not doing their legal duty to uphold the law and the Constitution. Most of those "judges" should've been indicted and convicted for aiding and abetting treason, with the appropriate penalty swiftly carried out for said acts.
