WASHINGTON — President Biden’s climate czar, John Kerry, admitted Wednesday that the US reducing its emissions to zero wouldn’t make much of a difference in the global climate change fight — before pushing domestic manufacturing of electric cars and solar panels in favor of energy production.
Kerry’s remarks were made ahead of Biden’s signing of a host of executive actions on Wednesday pushing his $2 trillion Green New Deal-inspired climate agenda.

Of course not. Are there seriously people out there who think all these “climate” policies have any purpose other than the destruction of the American way of life?
“Climate change” is an UNPROVEN THEORY ONLY not a FACT.

“He knows Paris alone is not enough,” Kerry told reporters at a White House press briefing, referring to Biden re-entering the US in the Paris Climate Agreement in one of his first acts as president.
“Not when almost 90 percent of all of the planet’s global emissions come from outside of US borders. We could go to zero tomorrow and the problem isn’t solved,” Kerry conceded.
That's not what this "fight" is about, though, is it?
Just heard the clip. I’m stunned that he would admit that openly. Of course it’s true....but we’ll never hear him say it again.
Glad to see they realized China is building coal fired power plants at a fantastic pace.
Anything we do in the USA is like p*ssing into the wind.
I read just in the last week or so that the UN said that the US was doing better than any other country in meeting their Paris climate change goals, even though they were not signed onto the treaty under Trump.
The Paris accord's goals for each country are all voluntary anyway, so they mean nothing to begin with. And Kerry, somehow had a flash of intelligence for a change and said reducing the emissions to zero would have no effect on climate change.
At least he hasn't suggested James Taylor sing, "You’ve Got a Friend" to appease the climate gods like he did in France and was universally mocked for the stunt.
You got that right.
If you notice any of these saving the planet deals have the same motivation-to cripple this country economically, constitutionally, or militarily.
And the social justice push is also to make USA a dumping ground for the world's problems. -Tom

A $2 trillion slush fund for Dem cronies. If we Freepers were smart we should found a bogus company to manufacture solar panels, get in on that $2 trillion, and then go bankrupt in one year (Solyndra is the model).
