Agree. Very good article. Thanks to the poster. I think we have lost the reasonable person standard in law. The author Lopez breaks it down very well. The evidence of election fraud is all over the place, many people simply refuse to look at it logically. As Bannon says this is a wound that will not heal.

This is a good article, and yes, it certainly will get at least a second reading from me so I can fully digest it.

I've been reading a lot of Orwell's essays lately regarding the use (and abuse) of linguistics, and the critical nature of language in the formation and transmission of thought. This article is a very good extension of those writings.

It’s a really good article explaining the judicial decisions not to look into obvious fraud.

Training kids to be illogical has been going on many years. I remember reading about it and trying an experiment with my Sunday school students. It was a simple If-Then statement. The kids were 12 years old but it baffled them.

Thank you. I, too, noted that plugs is Jeff Dunham’s “Walter.” Walter is more intelligent.

The Leftist DemocRAT/Media complex dismisses any accusation of a stolen election as being “without evidence” while they actively suppress the substantial evidence that is already available. When roughly half the people in the country doubt that the election was stolen you would think that at least a thorough investigation should be conducted.

The rank and file Democrats (and Republicans) are following the "company line" by suppressing evidence that the election was stolen.

November 6th was coup by the Ruling Elite which consists of big business, big tech, big media, big education, big government, big military, etc.

The Ruling Elite establish the "company line" and there is great comfort from following it if your livelihood is derived from them (the Ruling Elite).

Furthermore, those who support the Ruling Elite have been thoroughly brainwashed...so they have lost the will and ability to think for themselves.

Don't forget Stacey Abrams and her ilk.

And the zombies who came back from the grave just to vote for Joe and Heels Up.

How utterly ridiculous ... by not making a stink and going after cheaters in the elections of the past, the precedent was established that seditious acts of cancelling valid voters is acceptable. We the people have now gotten the inevitable results of our tolerating evil. Lawlessness is the norm now. This diversion to look at ‘rhetoric and logic’ is asinine hopium twisted to feed the foolish..

On it's its face, your statement is, of course, accurate.

In a thread belonging to an article titled "How the Destruction of Grammar and Logic Got Biden into the Oval Office," I hope that this little correction will be taken in the spirit in which it was given.

I don't believe that Orwell had a "bone to pick" with the field of study of Linguistics, as such.

"I don't believe that Orwell had a "bone to pick" with the field of study of Linguistics, as such."

To the contrary, he believed there were those who studied the social and psychological implications of language with the express intent of effectively manipulating them.

Problem with this article is that it ironically forgets logic. The one in a quadrillion claim is only true if all events are independent. If there is a correlation between them, then the computation of odds go out the window.

However, logic, grammar and rhetoric are racist constructions of white privilege (sarcasm)

If it is intended as satire to demonstrate the use of rhetoric as pointed out in the article, it is clever.
