This remark has become very trite. Any interviewer worth a damn would ask, “Can you be more specific?” No doubt by whom? What specifically makes Trump responsible? Weasels like Rubio work all the angles with their vague remarks in an attempt to play up to the media.
The President is guilty of what, exactly?
Violent leftists who plan violence for a Presidential speech are not evidence that the President incited anything. “Incitement” means that he actually said words detailing and urging action. Has he ever done such a thing?
I know, according to the left, speaking out against socialism/totalitarianism *is* inciting violence. But actually and overtly inciting violence, as the left frequently does, is harmless and does not encourage violence. Standing with a bloody head and knife doesn’t encourage violence. Making a movie that is almost a how-to on assassinating a president doesn’t encourage violence. Telling people to get in the faces of anyone speaking out for freedom doesn’t encourage violence. And standing back and condoning leftist violence as letting off steam over anger that “someone like Trump could be President” is not encouraging violence at all.
These leftists and their hypocrisy are infuriating.
