Rubio is simply starting what the constitution says about any president. If yhey commit actual crimes, then prosecute them in a court of law after they’ve left the presidency.
That tends to put political witch hunts in perspective. No one would be convicted of insurrection on their weak evidence in an actual court of law, and they know it.
