Let’s be clear, Joe is playing with legos while the radicals around him are enacting things.
Most of the increased production of petroleum in the USA has been from private ground so this will have much less impact than he would have liked.
Shutting down the pipeline will not stop on drop of oil from being transported. The oil will go by rail car and commercial trucks which are both more likely to have accidents and spills than are pipelines. The big difference in the differing transportation methods is that with out the pipeline it will cost consumers more per gallon at the gas pump.
Driving up the cost of gas and other oil products is china joes goal.
