I've moved about the country a bit in time, and in every diocese I've lived, Pastors and Parochial vicars get moved about on a fairly regular basis. Having a priest assigned to one parish for that long seems very, very unusual to me, but I'm not familiar if this is unusual or par for the course in Chicago. In any case, it seems quite odd to me.

I remember him from 2008 for his faux black preacher act. How he bashed Hillary for trying to cheat the black man.

It is unusual. Several times he was suposed to be moved to a different church and each time he pitched a fit over the move and he was allowed to stay.
This does explain why he kept adopting sons. One of which who died suddenly at 33 of an unreleased cause.
I never understood how a priest was allowed to adopt children.
He disobeyed the church and the church allowed his defiance.

The Catholic Church allowed Pfleger to continue as a priest even with all he said in public. They let him adopt children. It’s sinful.

this is far worse than decadence - horrific crimes against innocent children is what happened. I can't think of better mentors for the anti-christ than Pfleger, Frank Marshall Davis, Bill Ayers, and Jeremiah Wright.
