I would send a lawyer to the Senate and force them to prove jurisdiction. The body has no jurisdiction, Leahy is not a Judge, and a jury is not allowed to be seated with open bias.
Why even show? Make them look like idiots on live TV.

I’m not a legal expert, but it seems simple enough.
He’s not a sitting president. They can’t take legal action against a private citizen.
