Representative Eric Swalwell (D-CA) Monday on MSNBC’s “Live” said that Democrats were impeaching former President Donald Trump, so he is convicted in the Senate, which includes a penalty of disqualification from office.
Jackson asked, “Do you plan to address the constitutional authority as has been raised by some of these Republicans for the House to bring an impeachment against somebody and for the Senate to convict somebody who is no longer serving?”

Allow freedom, reduce federeal regulations, secure the borders as part of his duty, bring record numbers of increased jobs to black people and others, put America first in foreign dealings?
All he could “do” in the future would require honest voting by citizens. He should not be prevented from that due to biased enemies.

I was listening to lawyer Robert Barnes on this. He said that being disqualified from office will not stop Trump from running, then, what are they going to do when he wins? I suspect that some states will refuse to put Trump on the ballot. The courts will not take up the challenge or will rule against Trump. Politics is dirty. The reason we loved Trump was he is willing to get down in the mud and fight back. And, people hated him for it. I say, bravo.

That’s what elections are for. So THE PEOPLE can decide. Not election workers. Not computer programmers and algorithms.
To do what again?
Give Americans jobs and an income?
Stop wars?
Make us energy independent?
Eric Swalwell sitting in judgment of someone else’s integrity is beyond comprehension.
Kindof shows his qualifications to be involved in this, doesn’t it? Such bias, in any court, would disqualify the prosecutor.
So, Mr. Chyna guy is determined to deprive the will of the people the opportunity to elect someone who has proven to put America first.
Democrats have a multitude of people who should be disqualified from Office. Will GOP explore ?? Is this not infringing on our right to vote for the candidate of our choice?
Cut him a break, we all do dumb things for our girlfriends, I go to antique stores, Mr. Swalwell subverts his country. Worth it for some tail. /sarc
