In fact, this particular decision by the SCOTUS should also APPLY to the impeachment.

This lawsuit was just dismissed by SCOTUS on Trump’s finances because it is now MOOT since Trump is no longer in office applies equally to the Senate trial to remove Trump. Trump is no longer in office and impeachment trials only apply to a President who still holds office.

Of course we both realize that but they cheated on the election by changing the constitutional laws in both state laws and national. No way it should have stood and if it didnt then Trump wins the election. Even the votes the machine switched wasnt enough to win. They did this in front of the world and the state legislatures did nothing. The state supreme courts didn’t correct it, the judges didn’t correct it and SCOTUS would not hear it. No way if republicans did this would it have stood. The state legislature would have changed the electorals before it was turned in and people like gov and Secretary of State would have been in jail. With all that said why would they not illegally just vote to convict him and have someone sign off on it. Heck biden would likely sign off on the conviction and no one says a word except us. Media shows nothing.

I say let them go for the impeachment vote in the Senate. And pray for a tie vote in the Senate.
