WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Dominion Voting Systems Inc has filed a lawsuit against former President Donald Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani, accusing him of defamation for making false claims of fraud about the November 2020 U.S. presidential election, court documents on Monday showed. Dominion earlier filed lawsuits against the Trump campaign and former Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell, whom the company also accused of spreading false conspiracy theories about the election that Trump lost to Democrat Joe Biden. Giuliani's lawyer, Robert Costello, did not immediately respond to a request for comment. A group of prominent attorneys last week asked New York’s judiciary to suspend Giuliani's law license because he made false claims in post-election lawsuits and for urging Trump’s supporters to engage in “trial by combat” shortly before they stormed the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

Great. Can a court FINALLY look at the evidence? And give the case to a JURY (if you can find an impartial one) not some political judge.
If Rudy’s defense is properly financed and proper discovery is allowed by the judge, then this case might be incredibly interesting and revealing.
I bet it will. The Trump team wants things like this to happen. The truth is always an affirmative defense to defamation, and it will be one way to get it all out there.
I bet those machines were wiped clean and all hardware and software switched out. Now they will sue and let them look at machines. It will show no history of the elections in them. So the judge couldn’t rule either way. But will rule for dominion. Even though there is no way to see if elections was fraud or correct. Nothing to see here so let’s rule against patriots. Anyone hear if they have looked at the Folsom county ballots in GA yet.
Speaking of source code. The SOS’s were trying to prevent examination of the code by arguing it was proprietary software.
All voting machines should be open source software or no machines at all.
Excellent. Giuliani can expose them in discovery using Dominion machine expert Jovan Pulitzer. He exposed their algorithms in real time switching votes..... plus he hacked into one of their machines during a hearing Trump’s team was giving in some swing state.

These Dominion machines need to be ripped out of each state; otherwise the integrity of the voting system will always be in question. Regardless of whether Dominion wins the lawsuits or not, they are so tarnished no one will ever believe their vote counts.
