I bet those machines were wiped clean and all hardware and software switched out. Now they will sue and let them look at machines. It will show no history of the elections in them. So the judge couldn’t rule either way. But will rule for dominion. Even though there is no way to see if elections was fraud or correct. Nothing to see here so let’s rule against patriots. Anyone hear if they have looked at the Folsom county ballots in GA yet.
We already have good evidence from Antrim County. State legislature in Arizona is still trying to get the forensic audit that is still being stalled. GA legislature also wanted all ballots from Fulton County. I think all of that evidence is gone. Shredded and/or “hillaryized”.
I’m no legal mind here, but if those machines were indeed wiped clean and all hardware and software switched out, wouldn’t a judge dismiss the lawsuit since Dominion has no proof Giuliani was lying?

Self-sealing theory there, never will be accepted by any jury. No one can, or ever has to prove a negative (that the software was erased and switched out), Rudy or whoever has the entire burden of proving that the lying software was on there at the time of the election.
If someone accuses you or me of in a civil suit (say having a meth lab or a firearms stash), we don’t have to prove we don’t/didn’t have one, they have to prove we do/did; if we sucessfully got rid of it, they are hosed in a court of law.
Never EVER accuse someone of anything you can’t back up with the evidence you already have, unless you like losing lawsuits; counting on ‘discovery’ is often a fool’s game.
