I’m not buying what he is selling. Oh, he dressed it up real pretty, as Hollywood always does, but he can’t disguise the smell. It reeks of “what we need is government to solve the problem”. But Government is what caused the problem in the first place. Saying that we can fix it all on the state level of government is laughable to say the least. Keep in mind that Georgia has always been considered a for sure “red” state. Georgia had a Republican “red” governor and Secretary of State, they thought. Look how that turned out.

What allows the urban welfare enclaves to exist, is tax revenue from the suburbs to subsidize the lack of tax base. First priority should be to eliminate revenue sharing.

Corrupt and corruptible people in positions of power decided that the USA was sinking inexorably into decadence, along with the rest of Western Civilisation, and was doomed and that they might as well profit from it for themselves.
The American People were too overwhelmed by the decadence to stop it or to prevent the powerful and corrupt from profiteering.
Donald Trump, a man of towering intellect and fundamental benevolence, who profoundly loved America, realised long ago what was going on. That's why he decided to run for President back in 2016. He believed that his enormous resources would enable him to reverse the decadence and purify America from corruption. In 2016, he said: "The party's over. I'm going to clean up Washington."
A Manichaean struggle followed. The forces of decadence, corruption, and profiteering fought all attempts to restore America to ascendency, which was Trump's objective and that of his supporters, with the fury of those whose dreams of worldly glory are threatened and with every resource they could devise--honor, scruples, benevolence, the USA, and truth be damned!
Truth was jettisoned, the USA abandoned, the American Dream betrayed.
Trump lost.
The American People lost.
The world lost.

Leftists want everyone to vote because they register everyone in sight.
The problem for them is getting those people to follow through and vote.
Anything that makes that easier is self serving for THEM.
Our goal should be to make it possible to vote, not easy to vote.
Why? People who exert effort to vote, will be more likely to study up and vote for the right people and issues.
If you can do it in a few seconds at home, that’s about how much time you’ll spend on studying up.

As for fair elections that is out of the window. The machines are rigged. If people some how beat the machines, then the courts and legislatures will fail us.
