“Irreversible Damage” by Abigail Shrier made headlines when Target, responding to a tweet from a disgruntled reader, took the book off its shelves briefly in the fall.
“I think the trans community deserves a response from @AskTarget @Target as to why they are selling this book about the “transgender epidemic sweeping the country,” the user tweeted on Nov. 11, ending with the words “Trigger Warning: Transphobia” on a separate line.
“Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We have removed this book from our assortment,” Target responded on Nov. 12.
The author tweeted her confusion and hurt over the situation on the same day:
“Target.com just made my book disappear. Does it bother anyone that Woke activists and spineless corporations now determine what Americans are allowed to read?”
On Nov. 13, after Target’s action produced outrage, the retail company put the book back on its physical and online shelves, tweeting, “Yesterday, we removed a book from Target.com based on feedback we received. We want to offer a broad assortment for our guests and are adding this book back to Target.com. We apologize for any confusion.”
The publisher, Regnery Publishing, which recently signed Republican U.S. Sen. Josh Hawley of Missouri after Simon & Schuster canceled his book deal, was kind enough to send me “Irreversible Damage” in exchange for what they termed “an honest review.”

You want to get even with Target? Buy and show them evidence on your phone that Walmart, Amazon, Home Depot have LOWER price and they should price match. My bud works for them and if the “guest” aka customer says it, Target cashiers have to input that price.
Sometimes, you SAY that the belt ($20) is $10 on Amazon, they HAVE to price it at $10, because they cannot argue with customers. It’s in the training..
It’s part of their training and “culture”. In addition, the 90-day return policy is one of the longest in retail. I spoke with him 2 days ago, and the CHRISTMAS stuff are STILL being returned this week, no questions asked with full refund.

For years feminists (and thousands of fathers who really wanted boys) have forced girls into boys only sports (baseball, soccar, football, softball, hockey) all stating that girls have a right to compete on boys teams......until they have to compete against a 2 in 1 boy/girl in thier sports. Then all the sudden its unfair. Oh well!
Time to fix it once and all, eliminate the words ‘girls’ and ‘boys’ out of sports. From now on its only ‘XX’ or ‘XY’ chromosome sports. Everyone has to prove what chromosomes they have and they are assigned to that team, no exceptions, and that is that!

Any person who thinks they can change their gender is in deep trouble. It cannot be done, no matter how much hormone therapy, surgical manipulation and phsycological manipulation undertaken. A person born as a man will die as a man and so it is with a woman. They can call themselves the opposite sex, but they cannot become the opposite sex. They are deeply troubled souls.
