Great summary. In spite of a video,showing the shooter and people close enough to identify him we still have no clue as to who he is, and no indication if a warning was issued before the actual shots.
To me he is aiming before she enters the window and then quickly fires .
Looks like murder to me.... forget any printed signs that may be used as pseudo,warnings we have seen too many calls of outrage in other shootings involving white/black interactions based on “ no warning/excessive force”
