Stone cold fact (to the extent the senate follows any rules at all) is the presiding officer rules on admissibility of evidence. That ruling can be overridden by a majority of the Senate.
My prediction is that evidence the election was decided incorrectly will be ruled inadmissible, irrelevant.

Well, people need to be reminded - otherwise you end up with primaries where people like Linda Gramnasty keep getting on the final ballot - not withstanding the Primary laws governing who can vote in which (R/D) primary
Not clear what you’re talking about but the GOP “leadership” in House and Senate sucks.
There was a movement to make Jim Jordan Speaker of House in the next Congress, but Dems took control and that idea went moot. There has been great effort to deprive conservatives and tea party from the halls of leadership. Only GOPe need apply.

For example, my state of Alabama does not register voters by party.
When you vote in a primary, you can ask for a democrap or republican ballot, or I should say, they ask you which one you want.
Since the winner of the republican ballot is almost sure to win the general election, I often take a democrap ballot and vote for their least Leftist candy date.
Then again, in my recent primary, I got a republican ballot so I could vote AGAINST Jeff Sessions.
