Pelosi picked a lightweight Democrat congressman, the son of a former Md. Governor and Senator (who was somewhat moderate), to be their “front man” for this anti-American, anti-Constitution, anti-states rights election rules dismantling bill.
The fight against this bill should be a PRIORITIY for Freepublic people and their friends.
The bill is very Marxist in its limiting of voters rights and was intended to destroy the Constitution and state laws as they have exist for centuries.
It is also a coverup bill for having illegal aliens vote in elections. PERIOD.
Pelosi is a traitor and I hope that she will die as soon as possible. Let’s call her “Stalin’s/Mussolini’s Wife” for that is what she is.

“Pubbies” don’t have whole teams of media charged with covering up for voter fraud. If it can’t be reported it didn’t happen.

I agree. We moan and groan about the need to do this and, per usual, we don’t do anything because 1) the situation is bound to get “better”, 2) no one or no group is willing to start the process, 3) someone always says, “I don’t have enough money to help support this.”, 4) it’s going to end up like everything we do when we disagree with the Dems, ridiculed and distorted, 4) there are not enough of us...and there are other objections.
I say enough is enough.
We have the majority of States. We can set up our own much reduced government without jillions of people, we can use the Constitution which is a wonderful document to form the basis for our government and the Amendments. We can write our own laws that include important to us ideas and philosophies like NO more abortions unless the child dies in utero or whatever reason we have a consensus to recognize, no more suppression of religions, but good reasons will be supported to outlaw pseudoreligions, etc.
Whatever the name of the bill is, believe the opposite.
It is clearly unconstitutional which means that SCrOTUS will do nothing....

I agree. Many on here say you can’t do it because of federal lands, federal military, etc. Some whine, “Remember what happened in the 1800s?”
I do, but what choice do we have? Electing better and more patriotic people to public office so changes will be made via the system? That’s a frickin’ joke. No fair election ever again.
The only method is secession. We can do it the easy way or we can do it the hard way. Hopefully, everything can be handled by negotiation, but that’s not likely depending on who’s in the White House.
Those who object to secession — what are their ideas? Any way likely will result in war.
