This seems like whistling past the graveyard. The situation with social media is bad, and the government likes it that way. The people who want it to change simply don’t matter to the people who are in control.

Censorship is going go to lead them down the same road as online "newspapers" who now beg for donations after shutting off their comments sections. No one reads the propaganda, they follow the headline and want to read the real information in the comments.

The propaganda stories are written by marginally employed 25 year old semi-literate Leftists but the comments have real insight from professionals in the field of topic.

Lose subscribers and lose the advertisers.

If you use social(ist) media and its free to you to use, you are not the customer, you are the product. When one of these platforms censors or bans you, they are just saying they don’t want you as part of their product.
