President Trump reportedly discussed forming a new political party – the Patriot Party – after “feuding” with the Republican establishment.
The Wall Street Journal reported the following in its January 19th piece entitled “Trump Has Discussed Starting a New Political Party”:
President Trump has talked in recent days with associates about forming a new political party, according to people familiar with the matter, an effort to exert continued influence after he leaves the White House.
Mr. Trump discussed the matter with several aides and other people close to him last week, the people said. The president said he would want to call the new party the “Patriot Party,” the people said.
Mr. Trump has feuded in recent days with several Republican leaders including Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R., Ky.), who on Tuesday said Mr. Trump deserved blame for provoking the deadly Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol. Polls show Mr. Trump retains strong support among rank-and-file GOP voters.
FINALLY a person that gets it, IF we lose in 2022 so be it I WANT VENGEANCE TOO!!! They need to know that WE ARE DONE with their BS!!! NO MORE lesser of two evils THEY ARE the same evil!!

We keep doing what we’re doing and keep getting what we’re getting. This is not about loyalty to trump. He only uncovered the slimy underbelly of the deep state for everyone to see. So now we have discovered this fascist enterprise operating in the highest levels of government. The Technocrats in league with the political structure. Lobbying together to fleece the American public and subjugate them. And ruin anyone that gets in the way with violence to their reputation and employability. This is no joke here, these people will absolutely take you out. There needs to come our own ‘movement’ and infrastructure to compete with these oligarchs. We need to find people with the ability to read orwells 1984 as a warning and not a instruction manual.

Was also thinking of TR’s Bull Moose party. Let’s say 2024 is Trump running as Patriot Party, Kamala of course as the incumbent Dem and some generic establishment Republican. It’s hard not to see the Dems easily winning that scenario just as Woodrow Wilson beat the split field of TR & Taft.
With that said, I’d be inclined to join such a Patriot Party.
We don’t need a new party. Trump could put the call out for patriots to run and support other patriots to run in both parties’ primary. Make it the patriot wing of the government. Use the infrastructure that already exists. Put both parties on notice. Then at every election, we count the votes. If they try to throw us out, we are there a thousand strong.

On both points: So the ‘solution’ here is to continue to stick with a party largely made of of feckless, weak-kneed, ball-less RINOs and fence riders who sell out to the highest bidder in the hopes they will fix something most of them see no problems with? Yeah, that is like wishing and hoping they will bust up the Big Tech monopolies that are now openingly killing your freedom of speech rights, yeah?

I haven’t seen a wave of RINO’s changing jerseys lately. The GOPE is still large and in charge. Post turtle Mitch is still here. The GOP is still filled with swamp creatures.
A new party with a separate identity is required before we can start addressing the ills of the country.
The GOP must go the way of the Whigs.
