No its not just you. I too think it odd for a woman to wear men’s clothes. She wants to attract attention perhaps?
I agree with you about the suit and tie. I haven’t seen the photo and who knows, maybe her sister is her clothing coordinator. On the other hand, maybe Liz is making a statement.
