True, but many of us actually expected the Courts to do something given how overwhelming the evidence was (contrary to the spin and lies by the media and ‘fact checkers’).
That’s where it all fell apart. Even with 3 new SCOTUS justices, our judicial system completely and totally failed the country in it’s most urgent time of need. The Texas lawsuit for example, was so compelling in it’s Constitutional argument that your average 5th grader could have decided it properly. But, as things go nowadays..politics trumps all else, and SCOTUS wouldn’t even hear it. That, for me, is when it was officially over.
Of course, Trump having what I personally believe to be the worst “legal team” in the history of legal representation sure didn’t help his and America’s chances in that regard, either. I realize few wanted to jump into the fire and try to represent him..but the ones he did have sure did not do him or us any favors..
The good guys don’t win every battle... or even every war. The Dems won... dishonestly, underhandedly, fraudulently... but a win is a win. They’re in, and Trump is out. It’s a tragedy for the country, but here we are. Do we and the country bounce back from this? Frankly, I doubt it. Trump’s victory in 2016 was one of those rare wins for the good guys, like the time Bill Buckley’s brother Jim won a Senate seat in NY. But over the past 50 years or so, the left has taken over nearly every cultural, economic and social institution in this country (the universities, the churches, the schools, the corporations, the non-profit foundations, Hollywood, TV, etc.). The left doesn’t quite represent the majority, but they don’t care. They call the shots, and that’s what matters.
Problem, Trump was stuck with who was willing to work for him, anyone else knew the consequences to them and their families if they worked on this.

Let them try. Then a clone of Schumer's "IndyMac" letter to completely unwind the commercial mortgage market and crash Xiden's 2Q/3Q/4Q would be issued within one news cycle.

What on earth? Who are “they” that will remove him.
Of course, he did not mention fraud. It does not fit the tenor and cadence he wanted to establish, which was to point to his successes and optimism for the future.
There will be another time and place to mention the steal, but this speech certainly was not the time and place.
