I love watching golf but I’ll have no problem never watching it again. I hope they’re all in soup lines after they canceled the tournament from Trump’s course.

My son was AWFUL when learning to play around age 13 and 14. I got so fed up with his foul temper that I banned him from playing with me several times until he got his anger under control. He’s a good athlete and always expected to be the best at everything. It’s really frustrating for a kid who can hit an 85 mph fastball to not be able to hit a little ball just quietly sitting there on the tee.
Fortunately, he’s matured a lot and now he plays a great game, consistently in the low 80s, and keeps his anger in check (which, of course, helps your game).
A few (quite) beers helps, too!

I’m the world’s worst golfer. Learned that back in the early 60s, when I caddied and bussed at a country club. Threw all my Arnold Palmer club into the lake.

Golf is the one sport that people continue to play even if they suck at it. I always found that odd. You'd think after trying and sucking, more people would give it up; but they keep hacking away. I guess it's the handicap system that keeps people in it.
