Attorney General William Barr reportedly warned President Donald Trump that his legal team was lying to him about the election being stolen and that some of their theories were “bulls***.”
Barr made the remarks during a December 1 meeting with the president and other top aides in the White House, according to left-leaning Axios, which has been highly critical of the administration. The meeting reportedly took place because Trump was angry that Barr gave an interview to the Associated Press that contradicted what Trump’s legal team had been claiming publicly.
In the AP interview, Barr said that federal investigators had been looking into allegations of voter fraud but noted that they had “not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election.”

The only potential fraud of magnitude was the legislature vs executive procedural issues that had to be dealt with within the states. Instead, we had families, friends, loved ones, and even states fighting and suing each other.
Barr was right to tell the emperor he had no clothes.
On the plus side I can remind myself freerepublic was here before his presidency, and it will be here after.
What you don’t get is that I completely agree with you. And anything happening to turn things around before noon on Wednesday is highly unlikely. And yes, it would almost certainly have to be violent.
But it’s not over until Biden is actually sworn in. And if we’ve learned nothing else, we’ve learned that nowadays anything can happen. I’m just not going to say it’s done until, according to the US constitution, it is done.
And let’s be honest, even then it may not be “done”. It’s possible that that is when the fourth box is opened in earnest.
Had Trump and the campaign actually been allowed to present evidence in Court, he may have been able to prove fraud. But since his cases were thrown out on technicalities like “standing”, he never had the chance to even make the argument.

The massive coordinated election fraud was larger than life and more obvious than an elephant in a bathroom.
They could not "prove " election fraud because they had no support from Barr or the FBI, the legal team could not go kick doors in or make arrests.
Barr made this comment on Dec 1. By that time, the legal team should have been able to prove fraud. Despite my other disagreements in this case Barr was right on this score. Trump’s legal team did not serve him well
Nope. Barr was wrong and he knows it. The leaked phone call proves the state GOP were stonewalling President Trump’s legal team. All this swamp gaslighting leaves out that critical fact. Trump was facing a stonewall at every turn: state GOP, national GOP, Congressional GOP, his DOJ, the courts, etc.
This is a fully bipartisan coup and stolen election.

It’s interesting to me that William Barr’s father had an employee of note: An individual by the name of Jeffrey Epstein, who by the way, did not kill himself. To me, it’s just seemingly ties everything up in a nice little knot that belong to the swap.

We all know this election was stolen but, if this meeting really did take place and even if Barr did make these remarks, remember, he's a lawyer. There's a difference between legally stolen (via the courts in AZ, MI, PA and GA) and your usual corrupt Dem ballot shenanigan's (every blue state) that occur every election.
In other words, in his swamp mind the election was not illegally stolen, even though ballot fraud is illegal, it's accepted as a part of the game.
Barr is a lazy ***hole. He didn’t do a damn thing but lie when he was the Attorney General. The Recuser was a better AG than Barr was and he didn’t do anything.

The way I see it, when they wanted to go full COVID mail in elections, that was the kill shot.
The kill shot was the bipartisan nature of the coup. That single fact is what always kept POTUS hamstrung. It started in 2017 and the stolen election was just the final chapter.

Even the daily caller said the "shredded ballots" story in GA was bogus. Sure there was picture of shredded paper but they were not ballots. They were all accounted for. As for the machines, well it doesn't matter. The recount was done using the actual paper ballots and was done 2 or 3 times.
Look, I have some issues with this election but they center around mail in votes not being able to be verified or early voting. When the Hunter Biden story broke, it is estimated that 50 million votes were already cast. Had people known of this, it very well could have swung the election to Trump. But to be led on by these stories of fraud makes us look bad. As I have said before, nobody likes to be lied to and I think that's what Rudy et al (especially Powell) did to us. It's not our fault. I was very sympathetic with them up until Thanksgiving weekend when it became obvious they had nothing.
Of course there was massive fraud. Don’t put words in my mouth.

WOW , you people been watching too much FOX news , anyone who thinks there was NO massive election fraud is delusional
There were three different issues in this election that needed to be addressed separately:
1. Documented cases of voter fraud. There is no question this happened, but it's almost impossible to prove that tens of thousands of people voted illegally in every one of the contested states. For all intents and purposes, this was nothing more than a distraction ... and the Trump supporters who pushed this were not doing him a favor.
2. Violations of state election laws that enabled POTENTIAL voter fraud that would be difficult to detect. This was THE single biggest issue that should have been the focus of all the election challenges. When election officials allowed mass mail-in voting and didn't adhere to strict standards for verifying the legitimacy of each and every ballot, they opened the door to a flood of potentially tens of thousands of illegal ballots.
3. Voting machines and software. This turned out to be a bunch of zany bullsh!t that did nothing but discredit the legitimate challenges to the election results in contested states. "Release the Kraken," my @ss.
