What about the Democrats who voted against certifying several states in recent elections?

And people would sit here and let it happen, mostly complaining, but little else.

Next up: it’s “insurrection or rebellion” to vote “no” on any part of the Biden agenda.

“[Ted Cruz] understands that. Ted’s a very bright individual, and I get along fine with Ted, but what he did was totally outside of the realm of our responsibilities or our privileges.” He cited precedent of prior treatment in the Senate of a Presidential election and requested that it be repeated in this one. Thats outside the realms of the responsibilities to install Biden though so Cruz should be removed I guess. He won't be but the message is sent: we have enough votes to remove anyone who doesn't play ball.

“The 14th Amendment’s section 3 provides that Congress can expel any member that “shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the [United States], or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.””
Once again, Democrats go on the offense and Republicans go on the defense. Why didn’t Republicans do this to Democrats when they had the opportunity? How many Democrats assisted Antifa/BLM as they committed acts of insurrection and rebellion on federal property for the past two years?

The next step in cancel culture. Expel elected representatives for voting in the interest of those who elected them, thereby disenfranchising (cancelling) their entire (Red) state.
Guns can be used in insurrection. If a Senator votes against gun control (insurrection control), can they be expelled? How else are we going to twist the 14th amendment to define a VOTE as insurrection? And why stop at insurrection? Expel them for any vote against the left and communism. Then we can be like Venezuela and Iran, where votes are 100-0.
