I know it’s a strange thing to say about Hitler, but he actually was quite pragmatic.

While deep down he may have held the Socialist views of many other Nazis, he also understood that it would be a disaster in terms of getting his War Machine built.

What’s interesting to contemplate is what the Nazis would have done had they won the war, and they no longer needed the Business Class. Many suggest that the Nazis would have wiped them out as they did the Jews, in much the way the Bolsheviks did in Russia.

Communism controls the production from start to finish, and all those producing are slaves to the state.

The Nazi’s only believed in free enterprise as long as they controlled you.

To say that under Nazi Germany the free market existed outside the consent of the state, is to say that the Mob did not control the waterfront throughout most of the 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and on till The Rico act was made the law of the land.

If you do not give dues to the Mob in their territory, they will give your business to someone else by using a gun to force you to sigh on the dotted line. No difference than than today’s local, County, State, or Federal government. Pay your dues, or you are finished. The regulations they pass, decide who can and who cannot be in business.

Anyone who claims America is under a free enterprise system is smoking dope. When the federal government passes laws that are 10,000 pages long and no one even knows what is legal and what is illegal, then we do not live in a society driven by free enterprise.

We lost our right to a free enterprise when Wilson was President. Since then, the government has slowly but surely taken all semblance of free capitalism out of the American system. Today the only Capitalism that exists, is crony Capitalism, just ask the modern day mob who enforces the rules, the IRS.

Al Capone learned the hard way what the IRS can do to a business the government does not want you to run. Regardless of it’s degree of shadiness. It is still legality at the whim of the state.

Look how many people went to prison for gambling, but now the states run it legally. Until the State learns how they can prosper from it, the state will stop free men from practicing freedom to make money of said product, or activity. That is not freedom, that my friends is pure unadulterated crony capitalism run by Totalitarians, regardless of the title you wish to put in front of their political persuasion.

Long before the communists took complete control, we had our freedoms slow boiled away through the years of incrementalism. Nazi/Communist rules now dictate our lives from cradle to grave.

The only difference between which party is in control, is the degree of the water temperature they prefer to cook us at. One likes to slow cook us the other prefers a high boil.

One man who stand by us, could not, and now we know he cannot stop us from the inevitable end, pure slavery to the state.

Only one hope remains, and that is in Christ, because this World is toast. Today’s America reminds me of the famous line in “Sixth Sense”. “I see dead people, they don’t know they’re dead.”

Well, I see slaves in America who don’t know they’re slaves.

I would say after the war, from "46" to the late "60"s. They can gloat about Kennedy and his Camelot years all they want, but Kennedy was a disaster. He was on his way to a big defeat until he was assassinated.

I always here people, even Rush, talk about Kennedy and his Reaganesque tax cut in "63", (was actually signed into law by Johnson). However the truth is, it was Eisenhower's Interstate highway bill that made the "60"s roar and kept us afloat long enough to make it to Reagan's Great America terms. After all, Johnson no sooner signed the tax law then he created the Great Society that drained on the Tax payers bank.

The internet system kept America going due to the easy access to goods and the ability to quickly feed the pipeline with goods, which gave Americans a lift to a new level of wealth very fast. The Internet highway system was to America's wealth and power what the roads and Pox Romana was to Rome. Rome's system where all roads led to Rome, and peace across the empire led to their major expansion of wealth, 24 BC to 179 AD was Romes Glory years. Our lasted maybe a 10th of their glory years.
