Nurse fired after joining Capitol riot says she’d do it again

Five people were killed during the riot, including a Capitol police officer.

1 person was killed in connection with the "riot". The woman who was murdered by capital police. A policeman died, he was not hit with a fire extinguisher, he died of natural causes (life insurance may be why they claim other). The other 3 people died of emergencies that were not quickly attended. Again, there was only 1 death connected to the "riot".

I was at the Capitol building that day (never went inside) but I can tell you that I did not see any violence whatsoever. Certainly there was a lot of loud chanting, that you would normally hear at any protest. But no threats of violence like you would hear at a BLM rally or some such.

Also, cell coverage was near non-existent. I could not pull up anything on social media on my phone so I did not hear about the shooting of that woman until I was on my way back to the Metro to head home. I didn't even know that anybody was actually INSIDE the Capitol. I was shocked to find out later that hundreds of people were walking around in there. I did not get any indication of that from my vantage point. But I could see clearly all the people filling the bleachers and trying to get up on the Capitol steps.

It was pretty clear to me.

The nurse added she felt like a tourist at the Capitol, claiming that police didn’t stop the crowd from entering the building.

“The doors were open, people were filing through, there were no signs that said, ‘Do not enter,’” she told WZTV. “There were no cops saying, ‘Don’t come in.’”

Look what Biden is talking about doing and he's not even in office yet. Typical. I’m more conservative than most people here. I’m one of the few who have had the guts to say something against the debt raiser in chief. I’ve spoke. Out about his support of the LGBT community-and his wife’s. The fact he called himself the chosen one and thanked Wayne Allen Root for being called “the second coming of God?” Yeah. I’ve a long 22 year history of speaking out for conservative government here. I said he was a Democrat when he ran.

Regarding the videos: there are plenty of videos of Oath Keepers and people who are Trump supporters out there who are rioting. If you don’t see that it’s because 1) you don’t want to see it; 2) you are an idiot or 3) you are gaslighting people to do intentional propaganda.

And regarding: She deserved what she got: Had she been Antifa - well - this is EXACTLY what this site was calling for all summer long. The President HIMSELF said - regarding this riot - "Mob violence goes against everything I believe in and everything our movement stands for. No true supporter of mine could ever endorse political violence. No true supporter of mine could ever disrespect law enforcement or our great American flag. No true supporter of mine could ever threaten or harass their fellow Americans. If you do any of these things, you are not supporting our movement, you are attacking it, and you are attacking our country. We cannot tolerate it."

What she did goes directly AGAINST what the President said - DIRECTLY. She was not alone as many videos show. Therefore - she deserves what she got - because she got exactly what he was calling for others to get all summer - as were you all.

By his own definition - she was not a true supporter - because she IGNORED law enforcements commands to HALT - and proceeded through that window. Isn't that what we have heard for years on this site?
