I bought some homeschooling curriculum text books, no kids or grandkids, but nieces and nephew. I need the refresher myself.

Wait, I seem to recall all this happening in the early 30’s. It can be stopped,by three stages, Home school, Home school and Home School. If that don’t work, Community private Schools. We’re a nation of immigrants, each group has it’s own American history to be shared. Whether from the past or the history of the future. I don’t read fiction, there are too many stories out there that are real, I don’t need fictional stories.

It’s not a textbook per se, but a good one is Larry Schweikart’s “A Patriot’s History of the United States.”

The best thing that ever happened to our grand kids was going to good private schools, 9-12!

An uncle on their mother’s side provided a large % of the costs, then their parents and we made up the difference.

That enabled them to be able/qualified to go to great out of state colleges or the few good ones in California.
