Biden has promised to use the coronavirus to ignore state rights, once he’s installed. That suggests something bigger to me.

I have nothing to offer on the Walmart story, but I just learned from you a phrase that is way bitchin'.

Can confirm, the Walmart in my town is selling stuff out fast. Bacon, for example, clears within a couple of days of being stocked. It’s not across the whole store though. You can find real butter but the non-dairy stuff is going fast. Also no shortage of toilet paper or paper towels.

People trying to outfox inflation.

Kind of like picking up nickels in front of a ‘dozer.

I guess there are many rumors out there that the fecal matter is going to hit the rotating air circulation device sometime in the next couple days.

YMMV.

Found this:

Chinese Lockdowns Trigger "Chaos And Panic" At Grocery Stores As Prices Soar 50%

"People are hoarding food in the wake of the forced lockdowns all over China. In an attempt to keep food on the shelves, grocery stores have more than tripled the price of many food items. This has only amplified the chaos and panic in grocery stores."

the smelly Walmart shoppers

Having sniffed my armpits like a BMOC getting ready for a big date, I can't say I detect any unusual aroma, despite being a Wally World regular. Of course, my sense of smell may be dead from being around so many smelly Walmart shoppers, much like a garbage collector thinks three-day old garbage smells just lovely.

I went in Walmart yesterday and the grocery shelves were about half empty. All of the bottled water was gone.
