The first HQ of the NRA and its target and competition ranges were in Queens County NY. The location later became the site of the Creedmor State Mental Hospital. Two major thoroughfares in the area bear the names Springfield and Winchester Boulevards. If DeBlasio knew that he’d likely try to change them.
